Refund & Return

Refund Policy

-We accept refunds and exchanges.
-We will get back to you within 3 workdays after we receive the returned item or return tracking number.
-You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders tab. Refund will be returned to your original payment account.

-Items shipped from can be returned within 30 days after the receipt of the item.
-To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and undamaged with the original package, tags and labels if any.
-You can request return of defective item for exchange or refund within 30 days of the receipt.
-Please note that the seller will not be responsible for the return shipping costs except for the defect issues caused by seller.
-Sale items cannot be exchanged, but can be returned for refund instead.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your original payment account again. 
-Contact your card issuer or payment platform. It may need to wait a couple days as there is commonly a period of processing time before your refund is officially processed.
